CHANDON Reserve Blanc de Blancs, By the Bay is a tribute to the Los Carneros terroir. An ode to Chardonnay, this is a traditional-method wine grown at the exceptional cool-climate Los Carneros site in the north of San Pablo Bay. Aged 52 months, this is zesty, elegant and mineral with notes of Fuji pear, apple and citrus layered with brioche, almond and honey. Great to drink with fish and seafood, creamy or rich dishes, fish tacos or cauliflower steaks.CHANDON Reserve Blanc de Blancs, By The Bay is perfect on its own or paired with complex, creamy, or rich dishes. Composed of 100% Chardonnay. Partially fermented in French Oak barrels.
